Kanibadam students preparing American food “Fired Lumpia”

Global Recipe Book is the second partnership activity for GCEP students. Tajikistan and U.S. schools had a chance to learn about national foods of their countries. First they prepared recipes of interesting and most popular foods of their country, and then exchanged it with each other. But the most amazing part of this activity was the process of preparation of foods. Students had a lot of fun while preparing meals of their partner schools.
